1 - Colissimo:

Delivery times: any order placed from Monday to Thursday will be shipped within 48 hours, working days. If you order on Friday , your order will be shipped from Monday.

Your package will be delivered to the address you indicated within 2 to 4 working days (48 hours to 72 hours) (delay generally observed).

Please ensure that the address you provide contains all the elements necessary for shipping packages ( Name, First name, Building number, Entrance, Stairs, etc. ) in order to avoid any routing errors.

Also make sure that your mailbox meets postal standards and that it clearly indicates your name or company name.

If you are absent or if your package cannot be placed in your mailbox for format reasons, a delivery notice will be left for you by the postman to allow you to collect it from your post office. Please note that delivery times are given as an indication by the Post Office and may vary depending on many factors, such as weather conditions, social movements or particular distance.
